Round up of yesterday

FC Tokyo v Kyoto Sanga - 6-1 - Although Kyoto took the lead early on, the favourites came back strongly and won convincingly.

Cowdenbeath v East Fife - 3-2 - A topsy-turvy game which the favourites eventually got the better of.

Cardiff v Doncaster - 2-0 - Two goals in the second half sealed an expected win for Cardiff against struggling Doncaster.

Werder Bremen v Hamburg - 2-0 - Typical derby match - very tight and lots of bookings. Bremen did create great chances though and converted two of them in the second half.

AZ Alkmaar v Viresse - 4-0 - All the goals were in the first half, very easy win.

Standard Liege v Westerlo - 1-0 - Liege showed plenty going forward, but it took an 88th minute penalty to save their blushes (and our investment!).
